I hope all of my readers and well-wishers are doing well, safe and eager to get back to training. While we are still offering personal training at client’s homes, there has been an increase in requests for Training via Skype, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and Zoom video platforms. It is understandable, as a precaution against Covid-19.

Training Programs available on Video Call:

  1. Weight Loss: Focus on losing body fat, toning, building the core muscles:

Training Duration: 6 months

2. Fitness Maintenance: Focus on increasing Cardio-vascular Endurance, Muscle Strength, and Flexibility

Duration: 12 months

3. Many styles of Self Defence and Combat to choose from: Muay Thai Boran, MMA, Kung Fu, Kalaripayyattu, Defence with and without Weapons and more.

Duration: Basic: 6 months, Intermediate: 12 months, Advanced: 12 months

Training Timing:

Morning Program: 5 am – 6 am; 6:15-7:15 am; 7:30 am – 8:30 am

Evening Program: 4;30 pm – 5:30 pm; 5:45 pm – 6:45 pm; 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
